1. Warranty Policy

Electronic Devices (including diagnostic and programming tools):
A two-year warranty applies from the date of the purchase invoice, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia governing electronic device warranties.

Hand Tools and Equipment:
A one-month warranty applies from the date of purchase.
Replacement is available within 7 days from the invoice date in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Spare Parts and Free Gifts:
Not covered by any warranty.


2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty provided by Launch Alkhaleej does not cover the following cases:

Misuse:
Malfunctions caused by improper use, negligence in maintenance, or failure to follow the operating instructions.

External Factors:
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or repair by unauthorized technicians.

Unauthorized Modifications:
Opening the device, tampering with internal components, changing the serial number, or removing the Launch Alkhaleej or manufacturer warranty label.

Normal Wear and Tear:
Such as replacement of buttons, cables, connectors, lights, or batteries.

Improper Storage:
Damage caused by exposure to dust, humidity, or excessive heat.

Neglecting Updates:
Failures resulting from not performing periodic software updates (at least once a month) for diagnostic and programming devices. These updates contain essential security and stability fixes, and ignoring them is considered misuse.

Ignoring Warnings:
Continuing to use the device despite error messages, unusual sounds, or warning indicators.

Physical Damage:
Failures resulting from drops, shocks, or improper handling.

Inspection Fees:
A diagnostic fee of SAR 150 + 15% VAT applies if the device is out of warranty or found to be damaged due to misuse.
This fee is non-refundable.


3. Launch Alkhaleej Responsibility

Launch Alkhaleej’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing devices proven to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

Launch Alkhaleej is not liable for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.

If the malfunction is not covered under warranty, paid maintenance can be provided at the customer’s expense.


4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To claim warranty service, the customer must:

  • Provide the original purchase invoice.
  • Contact Launch Alkhaleej Customer Service via official channels (WhatsApp or email).

Launch Alkhaleej reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet the above conditions.


5. Return and Replacement Policy

First: Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

Diagnostic, programming, and electronic devices:
These cannot be returned or exchanged after registration or activation.
However, the device may be exchanged for another of the same or higher model within 3 days of receipt if:

  • It has not been registered or used.
  • It is in its original condition.
  • The device labels and registration codes are intact and unopened.

Accessories and Spare Parts:
Cables, connectors, accessories, and spare parts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Second: Returnable Products

In Case of a Manufacturing Defect:
If a non-repairable manufacturing defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s report, the product will be replaced with a new one of the same type.

Hand Tools and Equipment:
Not returnable, but can be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.


Third: Replacement Conditions

Price Difference:
If there is a price difference between the returned and replacement items, the customer will receive a voucher for the balance, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Products with Gifts:
If a free gift was included and has been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Free Gifts and Complimentary Items:
Not eligible for return or exchange.


Fourth: Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, Launch Alkhaleej covers all shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, the customer bears the shipping, inspection, or service fees (if applicable).

6. Delivery and Shipping Policy

First: Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via approved express courier companies contracted by Launch Alkhaleej.
If the customer requests to use another shipping company, full responsibility lies with the customer.

Second: Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days after full payment is received.
For pickup from Launch Alkhaleej headquarters, the order must be collected within 7 working days from the payment date.

Third: Responsibility
Launch Alkhaleej is not responsible for any delay caused by the customer in collecting the order within the specified period.
No refund will be issued if the customer fails to collect the order on time.

Fourth: Shipping Costs
Orders valued at SAR 1000 or more qualify for free shipping within Saudi Arabia.
Orders below that amount are subject to shipping fees based on the delivery address and chosen courier service.

Fifth: Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped to allow customers to follow up with the courier.

Sixth: General Instructions
Customers must ensure that their delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid any delays.


7. Maintenance Policy

First: In-Warranty Maintenance
Repairs are free of charge for devices covered under warranty if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Second: Out-of-Warranty Maintenance
The customer bears the full repair cost once the warranty expires or in cases of misuse.
A non-refundable inspection fee of SAR 150 + 15% VAT applies.

Third: Device Delivery for Maintenance
Devices must be sent to the Launch Alkhaleej Service Center in Jeddah at the customer’s responsibility.
Pickup can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.

Fourth: Devices Over 5 Years Old
Subject to a technical assessment before repair.
Customers will be informed of estimated costs before work begins.
Launch Alkhaleej is not liable for any additional damage discovered during inspection.

Fifth: Maintenance Duration
Repair time varies depending on device type and issue; customers will be notified accordingly.

Sixth: General Conditions
The original invoice must be presented when requesting maintenance service.


8. General Terms and Conditions

  • Prices: All prices include VAT. Free shipping applies to orders worth SAR 1000 or more within Saudi Arabia.
  • Device Testing: Launch Alkhaleej reserves the right to inspect and test devices before delivery to ensure proper operation.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer must use the device properly and in accordance with the type of vehicle.
  • Payment: Devices are delivered only after full payment of the invoice.
  • Notes: Any agreements or remarks are valid only if stated in the original invoice.
  • Invoice Validity: Invoices are valid only if stamped and signed by Launch Alkhaleej.
  • Additional Services: Training, installation, or on-site visits may incur extra service fees.
  • Invoice Integrity: Each invoice is considered a single unit and cannot be divided. Launch Alkhaleej reserves the right to adjust prices during exchanges to protect both parties’ rights.

9. Policy Updates

Launch Alkhaleej reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be published immediately on our website.
Changes apply only to new orders and do not affect previous sales.
