1. Return and Exchange Period

Customers are entitled to a free return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

• The device must be in its original condition, free from any damage or scratches.
• The device must be unused and not activated or powered on.
• All original accessories, packaging, and box must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if an email address has been entered or an account has been activated on the device, as this constitutes a permanent activation linked to the user.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• If the device has been registered, activated online, or an email address has been entered.
• If there is any physical damage, breakage, or scratches caused by misuse.
• If any original accessory is missing or the packaging has been altered.
• If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt.

3. Return or Exchange Process

• Customers should contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or email to submit a return or exchange request, including the order number and a photo of the device.
• After reviewing the request, the customer will be informed of the shipping or delivery steps.
• Once approved, the product will be exchanged with a new one or the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
• All shipping and return costs are covered by Launch Al Khaleej.
